Genloop (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how Genloop collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile application and related services (“Services”).

We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:
Images, photos, or videos you upload to use AI generation features
Face images uploaded by you for image or video generation features
Email address (if you contact support or create an account)
Feedback or support requests
We may automatically collect certain technical and usage information, including:

Crash logs and diagnostic information
Usage statistics and interaction data
IP address and approximate location derived from IP
If you purchase subscriptions or in-app products, payment processing is handled by Google Play. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.

Genloop may process face images or videos uploaded by users solely to provide requested AI generation features.

Face data is only processed for the functionality requested by the user
Face data is not used for identity recognition
Face data is not used for advertising purposes
Face data is not used to train AI models
Face data is not sold or shared for commercial purposes
Users upload such content voluntarily
Uploaded content and related generated data are retained for no longer than 30 days unless deleted earlier by the user.
Users may delete their content or account at any time within the app settings.
Genloop uses self-hosted and self-developed AI models. We do not rely on third-party AI providers to process user-generated images or videos.
We use third-party analytics and attribution tools to help operate and improve the Services, including:
Firebase
Singular
CDN and infrastructure providers
These services may collect device identifiers, usage events, and performance information.
Where required by applicable laws or platform policies, we may request user consent for tracking and advertising attribution.
Genloop may use attribution and analytics technologies for marketing measurement and campaign performance analysis.
We support applicable consent mechanisms required by Google Play policies and relevant privacy regulations.
We retain user-uploaded content and related processing data for no longer than 30 days unless:
The user deletes the data earlier
A longer retention period is required by law
Users may delete generated content or their account at any time.

Genloop is not intended for children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable local laws. We do not recommend use of the app by minors.
